XRNS Announces Improved Warranty Program for our Customers
LAKE FOREST, CA. Feburary 28, 2011 - XRoads Networks, the leader in Unified Bandwidth Management platforms, has announced an update to its hardware warranty program. This new update expands our limited warranty extension program to all of our standard annual support contracts. This change enables customers who have our annual support services to also receive an extension on the limited hardware warranty for every consecutive year that they have annual support. Annual support must be purchased within 60-days from the appliance purchase date and must to continuous in order to be qualified for the extension. In addition, XRoads Networks is updating its spare-in-the-air program to include added benefits. The following detail the changes to the warranty program.
Annual Support Program Contract
• The limited warranty is now included as part of our annual support contract
• Contract provides annual warranty extension up to three years
• For the limited warranty to apply the support contracts MUST be contiguous
• Blown NIC or blown power supply is not covered by the limited warranty
• No advance replacement
• No shipping is covered
• No automatic replacement
Spare-In-The-Air w/Advanced Replacement Contract
• Contract provides annual warranty extension up to three years
• For the enhanced warranty to apply the spare-in-the-air contracts MUST be contiguous
• Advanced replacement
• Full shipping coverage, overnight within the US
• Enhanced warranty which covers the power supply
